23 Sep Open Handed premiere
On the International Day of Sign Languages, 23 September, SMouTh premieres “Open Handed”, an immediate accessible performance about … all the stories that hands may tell.
“Open handed” performance is the result of the research and experimentation of the Greek ImPArt team about the expressive and aesthetic media and tools of the performing arts and their creative intercourse with the common intermediation tools (captioning, sign language interpretation, audio description etc), to produce an immediate accessibility performance, without parallel intermediations/interpretations that deprive the audiences of experiencing the artistic work.
