19 Jun A Shovel on Mars
The Synergy of Music Theatre (SMouTh), continuing the cycle of classes presentations, invites you to the show “A Shovel on Mars” by the educational drama class for pre-school age kids. This game-like show is based on the book by Eugene Trivizas and will be presented to the city’s audience on Wednesday, June 25 at 7.30pm at ”SYNERGEIO, Cultural Space” in Larissa.
The play
A group of children who can’t stand the ugliness and difficulties of the modern city decide to relocate to Mars. However, the Martians don’t welcome them, so they realize that they have to go back to Earth. As they leave, they forget a shovel on Mars, an object that the Martians will be both puzzled and suspicious of.

This performance is the fourth event in a row of SMouTh’s workshops and is part of the established annual presentation of their results. With the completion of each educational cycle, the public of the city is given the opportunity to get to know the methodology and philosophy of the artistic organization and follow the artistic development of the trainees.
