09 Oct ΜAKE USE EVENT (EUROPEAN ACTION WEEK 2024)
One special event will take place in the context of the European Action Week 2024, organized by the Synergy of Music Theatre, the youth group MAKE USE and Kids in Action group from Thessaloniki on Thursday, 10 October at 17:30 – 20:30, at the new venue “SYNERGEIO – Art & Culture Space” (22 Economou Ex Economon str.) in Larissa.
As members of the Generation Europe network, the Music Theatre Workshop and Kids in Action participate in the network’s initiative for the European Week of Action 2024, under the motto “Act Local – Connect European – Think Global!” In this context, the network is organising a variety of events and activities, which aim to promote the values of democracy, sustainability and social inclusion. Local youth groups from 14 European countries have declared 4-11 October 2024 as European Week of Action.
During the event, you will have the opportunity to meet the two network groups (MAKE USE and Kids in Action), learn about their actions in the cities of Larissa and Thessaloniki, and discuss Youth Work in Greece. We will seek to set new goals for the improvement and collaborative management of issues concerning young people at local level.
If you are interested in getting to know and joining groups that are actively and creatively working on modern-day issues of concern to young people, this is the right opportunity.
