Seven organisations from six countries are experimenting with the concept of transition and are developing new circumstances in the performing arts and the creative field in Europe. An Erasmus+ project (adult education, French Erasmus+ National Agency), with a duration of 25 months (October 2020-October 2022) making use of uncertainty as an opportunity for socio-economic, democratic, environmental and technological growth and sustainability in the artistic and creative sector.
The project aims at designing and applying innovative methods, approaches and tools in order to train the target groups (artists and leaders of small cultural organisations) in the concepts and topics of the contemporary big transitions (social, economic, democratic, environmental and digital).
The project’s consortium consists of a University (University of Rovira i Virgili / Spain), a public organisation for adult education (Valnalon / Spain) and five non-profit organisations from the artistic and cultural fields (Synergy of Music Theatre/Greece, Les Têtes de l’Art / France, Subjective Values Foundation / Hungary, Centro di Creazione e Cultura / Italy, Kaunas Cultural Center for Various Nations / Lithuania).
