16 Apr Ecologies of Care – Selfcare Cards (WP2)
The Synergy of Music Theatre is happy to share the self-care cards of the Ecologies of Care project which constitute the Work Package II deliverable.
The self-care cards are the result of a series of experiential workshops held in Italy, France, the Netherlands, and Greece, with the participation of young people. Each card is a small invitation: on one side, you will find images that inspire and stimulate reflection, while on the other side, you can read practical instructions that encourage you to pause, observe, and reconnect with yourself. For some of the cards, additional information is provided beyond the brief instructions, offering further context and supporting a deeper reflective process.
