The first video of the Body Shining art campaign is out!

You can watch and share the video here:

“Look after me” | Artistic campaign to raise awareness about body shaming by @mohbari – YouTube

This video summarizes the artistic campaign on body acceptance created by MOH (Bari, Italy) and the young participants. Each partner organisation (ANIMUS, ATYPICAL, ELAN, MOH and SMOUTH) developed and implemented an artistic campaign with young people to raise awareness about body shaming in their own city. Creating an art campaign on the topic of body shaming can be a powerful way to raise awareness, challenge societal norms, and promote body acceptance. We will soon publish a toolkit on this topic, in order to equip youth workers with the skills necessary to prepare and create artistic campaigns with young people to raise awareness about the body-acceptance in art. The toolkit will contain a set of method sheets that contribute to a process of preparation and campaign creation with the young participants.

The toolkit will be soon available on Body Shining website: https://www.bodyshining.eu/resources/
