Terms of purchase and use of tickets

  • The ticket guarantees the right to enter the venue of the listed event for the specific date and time indicated therein.
  • In the event of a change in the conditions for conducting artistic events by the State (e.g. change in occupancy limits, imposition of seat numbering, etc.), tickets already purchased may be replaced with others, in order to comply with the new instructions.
  • In the event of presentation of an official document that may be required for attendance, a parallel identity check of the holder will be carried out.
  • Spectators who do not have any required certificates will not be allowed entry and no ticket cancellation or refund will be provided.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to move spectators from their seats to others, if this is deemed necessary for health or safety reasons.
  • If the ticket does not indicate a row and seat, seating is done upon arrival at the venue and according to the instructions of the staff.
  • The ticket must be kept until the end of the event and shown to the venue staff if requested.
  • Spectators are not allowed to bring bottles, weapons, sharp objects or anything else that could pose a risk to the safety of spectators upon entry. The organizers reserve the right to control the entrance for security reasons.
  • The Organizer may not allow entry after the announced start time of the event to late spectators. Late spectators who are not allowed entry are not entitled to compensation or refund.
  • Photography, filming and recording of the performances is NOT permitted.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the event and the consumption of canteen items during the performance.
  • For the purchase and use of discounted tickets -where provided-, the beneficiary’s status must be proven by showing relevant documentation (e.g. student ID, unemployment card, etc.)
  • If the event is postponed due to weather conditions, health reasons or force majeure, there will be an announcement from the Organizer regarding its possible repetition with the same tickets. If the event is definitively canceled, there will be an announcement from the Organizer regarding the method, place and time of ticket redemption.
  • In the event of interruption of the event after 45 minutes from its starting time, no refund of the value of the tickets will be provided, nor will they be replaced with others on another date.
  • The Organizer mentioned on the ticket is responsible for the conduct of the specific event, its content and any claim for a refund.
  • Tickets purchased in any way (box office – internet) are not refundable or exchangeable.
