WHAT IS IT
An experiential workshop of creative collaboration
ADDRESSED TO
People with expertise in the performing arts and in the wider creative and cultural sector: actors, dancers, musicians, directors, choreographers, writers, set designers, costume designers, filmmakers, video creators, producers, cultural managers, lighting designers, photographers, etc.
OBJECTIVES
To connect the artistic and creative potential of the city and the wider region in order to exchange ideas, test them in realistic and safe contexts, develop them, design implementation plans, create networks and collaborations. The ultimate goal is – through these partnerships – to produce professional cultural productions and actions for the 2024-2025 season, as well as stable structures for the organisation and production of artistic work on professional terms.
CHALLENGES – OBSTACLES – OPPORTUNITIES
The thematic modules of the workshop are based on three main queries:
- What are the challenges of creative partnerships today?
- What additional obstacles does the regional factor add?
- What are respectively the opportunities offered by networking at local level?
COORDINATION
The coordination team consists of executives and partners of SMouTh with many years of experience in productions and co-productions in the provinces, networking at local, national and European level, organizing educational and artistic activities and annual festivals, managing resources and financial tools.
