SMouTh proudly announces the opening of the new quarterly seminar in Physical Theatre.

Duration: Thursday 28 November 2024 – Thursday 27 February 2025

On Thursdays & Saturdays (5 hrs weekly)

Instructor: Thanasis Saliampouchos

Description

Emboding words or exploring the ‘’somatic’’ voice

Using poetry as a starting point and based on breath and somatic memory, we will see how speech affects the body and how the body affects the speech. Our goal is to tell a story with depth, passion and truthfulness. This seminar is for those who wish to explore their personal way of expression and movement and how it can be applied to theatre practice. No previous experience in the performing arts is required.

If you are interested, please fill in the form and we will get in touch to give you further information.
