Pre-school age classes
Theatrical play
Trainer: Katerina Bekou, Piano: Dimitris Paschalidis
A fairy-tale journey through children’s literature, through the paths of music-kinetics play and visual arts. Children have the opportunity to sing, draw, play stories and create their own adventures full of imagination, melodies and colours. In this journey pre-school age children will have their team as fellow-travellers and through their collaboration they will discover themselves and life in a new way.
Music-kinetics training (ballet preparatory)
Trainers: Dimitra Zacharouli, Despoina Bounitsi
The music kinetics training introduces children to the principles of classical dance in a playful way and helps them discover the potential of their bodies, develop basic movement skills and cultivate their expressiveness and character. In this way the foundations are laid for their later dance training. During the performance, little dancers always steal the show and enjoy the loudest applause.
“Playing is learning” (Creative play)
The workshop is addressed to children 3-4 years old with parental accompaniment
Trainers: Despoina Bounitsi, Katerina Bekou
For our wee friends who want to become part of a team, the instructors of SMouTh prepared a special workshop in which through playing with the body, movement, rhythm, expression and imagination, children discover themselves and the world. Along with the accompaniment and active participation of a parent/guardian, children following a story develop their skills, become familiar with art and learn to coexist with other children in a safe environment.
We start with an equal play for kids and adults, we enjoy the cooperation between kids and parents and towards the end of the class little artists gradually take their first tiny and independent creative steps.
