Invitation for applications in Mill of Performing Arts festival vol.6
The Mayoralty of Culture and Science of the Municipality of Larissa, in collaboration with SMouTh (coordinator of the artistic program), organises for the 6th consecutive year the “Mill of Performing Arts” festival, that will take place from 23 to 30 September 2019, and invites artists and artistic groups and companies interested in participating, to apply.
The “Mill of Performing Arts” is an annual festival which takes place entirely on the grounds of the industrial monument “Mylos Pappa”, in theatre, dance, music and puppet theatre stages and an open air cinema, as well as many other open and closed spaces that can accommodate performances and concerts. The aim of the festival is to highlight the modern tendencies of the performing arts and to promote artistic diversity and original creation by bringing together artists and audiences.
The festival will cover the travel and accommodation costs of artists and groups coming from other cities or countries. The selection will be based on the artistic proposal and the total cost of each proposal.
Applications should be accompanied by audiovisual material (photos and videos) that should be available online, and the links will be sent in the form.
