Creability Workshops in GNO

Creability Workshops in GNO

A series of research and training workshops of the Creability project were organised by SMouTh in collaboration with Educational and Social Actions of Greek National Opera in SNFCC (Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre), Athens, from February 18th to 23rd, 2019.

In Creability workshops, researchers, artists and performing arts trainers brought in Athens their knowledge, methods and art tools, in order to test them in terms of accessibility to people with disabilities.

The selected methods and tools will create a fertile ground for the redefinition of artistic training and production through the prism of accessibility and inclusion.

Creability project is an international initiative of the Un-Label European network (https://un-label.eu/en/), funded by Erasmus+ and implemented in Greece and Germany with the collaboration of 3 organisations: SMouTh, Dortmund Technical University and Pusteblume Centre, Cologne. In the workshops, together with the partners, several nationally acknowledged inclusive organisations participated and contributed their experience: “Trela Chromata” Deaf people Theatre Group, Liminal, Kyma Project, Educational and Social Actions by GNO.
